Animals of the Forest

A reversed city builder, where you are the nature around the city and you try to expand into THEIR territory.

Instead of the usual role in city builder games of a mayor or city planner, you get the role of the environment around the city. In particular the forest animals, who want their territory back.

Made for GMTK Jam 2023 (theme: Roles Reversed)

Objective

Remove the entire city to win the game (all the tiles containing buildings).

• Use bears to tear down buildings
• Use raccoons to clean up the resulting debris

Watch out for citizens

• Peasants can defeat raccoons and bears (they have bear spray..)
• Use the sly foxes to take care of the peasantry

Controls

Leftclick on tiles to perform actions.

Move the camera with rightclick + drag, WASD or arrow keys.

Use N for next level and P for previous level.
